Indiana Credit Unions Commitment to Change

Each year, for the past 6 years, the community looks forward to Advance Financial FCU’s Food Drive benefiting the Food Bank of Northwest Indiana. This year’s initiative resulted in the collection of $220 and 121 pounds of food. Contributions came from staff, members and the community.

(Schererville, IN – May 16, 2011) – In 2010, in the state of Indiana, more than 11,000 babies (or 7.6 percent) were born too early. The employees and members of Advance Financial Federal Credit Union (AFFCU) have once again demonstrated their support for the families in their own community by participating in the annual March of Dimes’ “March for Babies 2011” on Sunday, May 1. The March of Dimes “March for Babies” has been helping raise money for families in need for more than forty years.
